Colombian - Medium Roast

Cupping notes: Plum, Cherry, Dark Chocolate

This stellar coffee from Tolima is bright, sweet, and chocolatey with hints of ripe, dark fruit. Lighter roast styles will accentuate notes of cherry and plum, while darker roasts exhibit baker's chocolate and toasted almond. We roast this right in the middle so you get all the flavors! It is a very adaptable coffee to any brew method and roast style, but we love this one as a pour-over or as a batch brewed coffee.
