• Varietal - Kona Typica (Guatemalan strain) - Low acidity resulting in low bitterness.
• Process - Washed - This process involves removing the cherry skin from the coffee beans at which point the organic matter and mucilage is stripped off by washing with water before the beans are dried. This removes any impurities and gives the coffee a cleaner taste.
• Kona beans are grown in nutrient rich volcanic soil which produces a very smooth and low acidic coffee.

We took a Kona origin trip, met their amazing team, toured their organic grounds and sourced these beans directly from Heavenly Hawaiian Farms.

"Higher Power" is a nod to Step 2 of recovery--a reminder that we don't have to carry life's burdens alone. This coffee celebrates connection, hope, and the courage to trust God/something beyond our own will.
